Jason Bernic

I joined the financial services industry in 2003 and have been inextricably linked with it ever since. 

 

Although I don’t provide financial planning advice anymore, I maintain my deep level of love and respect for the profession, keeping up with industry trends, and most importantly, the business of financial planning.  

 

My experience includes financial planning, international wealth management, financial planner coaching and business consultancy. 

 

I have worked for local and global financial services businesses and consulted to independent, agency and franchise businesses. 

 

I have my Post-graduate Diploma in Financial Planning and was a member of the Financial Planning Institute for over two decades. 

 

I am also a Life, Executive and Leadership Coach, qualified through the Neuroloadership Institute and UCT’s Graduate School of Business, Centre for Coaching. 

 

In 2012, I recognised the strong parallel between financial planning and coaching and have embraced the relationship ever since. When working with financial planning businesses, my areas of expertise are largely led by human engagement, both externally in terms of the client experience, and internally in terms of performance and professional development.
