1. Overview
FI Consult provides professional consulting, advisory and strategic services to financial planning businesses. These services require preparation, scheduling and allocation of specialist resources. This policy outlines the circumstances under which refunds or cancellations may be accepted.
2. Consulting Services, Workshops and Coaching
Refunds are not offered for consulting sessions, coaching sessions, workshops or strategic work that has already been delivered.
Cancellations must be made in writing.

• Session fees may be refundable if cancellation is received at least 48 hours before the scheduled time and no preparatory work has been completed.
• Workshops, retainers and full consulting engagements are subject to the terms of the signed agreement or project scope that governs the specific engagement.
• Failure to attend a session without notice will be charged in full.
3. Digital Products
Digital materials, including e-books, templates, guides, assessments, frameworks and downloadable content, are non-refundable once delivered.
Delivery includes any instance in which a download link has been sent or made available.
All digital product sales are final.
4. Project-Based Work
Refunds for project-based work, such as strategy documents, consulting deliverables or advisory engagements, are assessed on a case-by-case basis.
Where refunds are approved, deductions will be made to cover work already completed, including research, preparation, digital materials and time allocated.
5. Payment Disputes
Clients are encouraged to contact FI Consult directly to resolve any payment concerns before lodging disputes with banks, payment gateways or third party processors.
FI Consult reserves the right to provide evidence of delivery, communication, project progress and engagement sessions to payment partners in the event of a dispute.
