Delivery of Services Policy

1. Nature of Delivery

FI Consult delivers professional consulting services, online engagements and digital products. Delivery does not involve physical shipping unless explicitly stated in an agreement.
2. Consulting Sessions and Coaching
Consulting and coaching sessions are delivered online or in person as arranged with the client.
Booking confirmations and calendar invitations are sent once a session is scheduled. Clients are responsible for ensuring that accurate email details are provided for these confirmations.
3. Strategy Documents, Assessments and Project Deliverables
Digital deliverables, such as strategy documents, scorecards, assessments, templates and reports, are delivered via email or secure online link.
Where applicable, project deliverables are uploaded to secure shared folders or private access links.
4. Digital Products (E-books, Templates and Downloadable Content)
Digital products purchased through the website are delivered via a secure download link sent to the email address provided at checkout.
Download links may have expiry timeframes or usage limits for security purposes. Clients are responsible for ensuring that the email address entered is correct.
Delivery is considered complete once a download link has been sent.
5. Delivery Timeframes
Delivery timeframes for consulting services and project work vary based on the agreed engagement scope.
Timeframes are confirmed in writing at the start of each engagement and may be adjusted if project requirements change.
6. Failed Delivery
If a client does not receive a digital deliverable or download link, FI Consult will resend the material once notified.
Clients are encouraged to check spam or junk folders before requesting a resend.
