How it works
End-of-year events are a tradition for financial services businesses, big and small.

It's that time of the year when everything draws to a close and we take a moment to reflect and connect.

Most businesses follow a conventional approach to their celebrations but we have also discovered that businesses want more. They want to provide their staff with more of a differentiating experience, much like they would for their clients, but they either don't know how or don't have the capacity.

FI Consult partners with event planners and curators of experiences across the country and we provide our clients with end-of-year events that are anything from small and intimate to, large and insane!

We work closely with you to co-create something exceptional, or we make suggestions if you are at a loss for ideas.
Some of the more traditional themes that we work with are based around food but now you have the added option of sensory perception and linking the idea of the unknown to the practice of financial planning, connecting what you do as a profession to your clients' psychology and why they need you. This is an example of how we get creative.

Also, we can be there - hosting, facilitating, MCing - or we can package and deliver to you while our team seamlessly coordinates in the background.

Many of our new business development and client appreciation events can be replicated for end-of-year experiences, turning your office celebration into a memorable adventure. Examples are around food, human talent, locations, adventures and the great outdoors.
If it can be imagined, we can create it!

Of course, we can also keep it simple and customise experiences at venues of your choice, using what you have - or have access to - but wrapping them in something new and different.

Our process is simple and user-friendly and involves a thorough enquiry before providing you with a proposal. Again, not indifferent to the financial planning process!
And then, on agreement, we shift into planning and execution.
