Operations Mastermind
This is a first-of-its-kind initiative by FI Consult to support small- to medium-sized businesses with their operational planning and execution.

The sessions are 90 minutes each, online, held every two weeks, with 8 to 12 participants.
​
The groups are made up in tranches and go for 6 months at a time. The cost is R1,500 per person per month.
