Accountability
​Attending a group of like-minded professionals, with similar goals, led by an executive coach, comes with a natural accountability function:
"What are you committed to doing?"

"Did you do what you said you were going to do?"
​
Before long, participants find themselves in action and creating opportunities that they once considered to be out of reach or impossible.
Logistics
We meet online, every two weeks, for 90 minutes.
The group is not fixed - participants can come and go but we encourage everyone to commit for at least 6 months as the objective is to create the capacity to be self-generating and self-correcting.

Tees, Cees & Coaching Fees
The required investment is R1,750 per month per person.
Payment is in advance and we invoice on the 25th of the month.
Sessions continue with or without your participation. They will be recorded and available to anyone that is not able to make the session.
If you should decide to discontinue your attendance, we ask that you do not re-enter the same cohort. This is our way of encouraging commitment and managing disruption. ​
